What items are imported from ProfileGorilla?

ProfileGorilla is CORE's compliance vendor partner. To receive job opportunities through ONCORE Repair, your company must be subscribed to ProfileGorilla's PreQual+ platform. 

Working on our behalf, they collect background checks, IICRC certifications, certificates of insurance, licenses, zip code service areas, and more. By submitting this information to ProfileGorilla, the data is pushed over to the COREVoyant claims platform, where your claim's eligibility is then tracked in real time.

When updating information or adding users in COREVoyant, does this get updated elsewhere?

Being that ProfileGorilla provides your compliance items and service area zip codes, COREVoyant will not update any additional information on your external accounts.

Should you wish to increase your Service Area specifically with ONCORE, you can do so by editing your imported Service Area from ProfileGorilla. If you want to add additional employees or users to COREVoyant, you can do so at any time.  Please email helpdesk@gowithcore.com if you need assistance.
