Welcome to COREVoyant! If this is your first time logging in, your account Admin will need to take a moment to ensure your account is eligible to receive claims. To do so, head to the Account section on your Dashboard or by using the side navigation toolbar.
Next, on the Accounts dashboard, you will notice your Account Status will show as 'Onboarding.' Simply click View to begin your account set up.
*Please note: If you only have one location, you will only have one account showing in this area.
The Account page will walk you through six account activation steps during your initial set up. Click to Proceed.
Step 1, you will need to establish your company’s primary contact. Ideally, this will be the team member within your organization who currently leads and manages ONCORE claims. Select the user in your contacts list below and select ‘Set as Primary.’
If the contact is not listed, you can create the contact using the Create button and follow the previous step to establish the new user as your Primary Contact.
Step 2, You’ll need to verify if your mailing address is accurate. Since a majority of our information has come from ProfileGorilla or our internal systems, we want to ensure that we have the correct information for your location. We always want to encourage you to keep your information as up-to-date as possible on whichever systems your team uses.
To Update: If you need to update your mailing address, go to the Addresses tab located directly next to the Contacts tab in the dark blue, select the address, and click update to enter the new address information.
If your Address information is missing, go to the Addresses tab directly next to the Contacts tab in dark blue and select Create to add a new address, as shown below.
The Create Address box will appear. Next, you can search for the address using the search bar shown below or enter the address information manually. When done, hit Create and set it as the appropriate address type.
Step 3, Establishing and verifying your service area.
Once we have approved your application to join ONCORE, your CORE ID will be generated and shared with the ProfileGorilla team; this information above will be integrated into your COREVoyant account. Since ProfileGorilla is our compliance partner, various items, such as your Service Area and Compliance Items, will be shared in the COREVoyant system.
The next step in your Account onboarding is to sync your COREVoyant account with Profile Gorilla. To do so, simply login to COREVoyant.com and ProfileGorilla.com. When inside COREVoyant, click inside to view the Account location you wish to connect, and you will see the message ‘Sync your Core account with Profile Gorilla.’
Clicking on ProfileGorilla lookup will open up a pop-up box with a message and image showing you how to locate your ProfileID. Go to Profile Gorilla and get your profile id as mentioned in the image below, then paste and submit.
*Please note to use the ID listed in your URL browser, as shown below, and NOT your Master ID listed on your profile. The integration will pair your CORE ID to your account and connect them accordingly*
If you wish to verify that this information is accurate and correct, click on Service Areas to get started and select View to verify your job types and zip code coverage area shown.
Categorizing or Adding Additional Service Areas:
Inside the Service Area landing page, you will notice a dark blue Create button in the top left corner.
When selecting your company name under Provider (required), you can choose what coverage category you are setting up in COREVoyant. When done, hit the Create button.
Next, head inside the service area & select the jobs your business offers by clicking the dark blue View button.
Select Add Job to select any additional jobs your company provides.
After selecting Add Job, a pop-up screen will appear, prompting you to select which Service Types apply to your Company. The middle tools such as > (Add), >> (Add All), < (Remove), << (Remove All) will help you add or remove your selected types. When done, select Add at the bottom of the screen.
Next, navigate to the adjacent tab, Zip Codes, where you will select or verify your serviceable zip codes.
The Service Area map tool will preview any current zip codes listed on your account.
To add additional or new zip codes, select Add Zip Code to add additional zip codes by County / State, or you can simply enter your zip codes.
Need to delete a zip code? The red Remove Zipcode button will help remove any incorrect zip codes listed for your service area.
When you have clicked on Add Zip Code, a popup box will appear on your screen, prompting you to choose the State(s) and/or County, OR should you have your zip codes already cataloged, you can paste your zip code list directly into the box. When done, you can select Add to add these zip codes to your available service area within COREVoyant.
Step 4. Selecting your Queue Managers. To choose your Queue Managers, you can Click to Proceed as shown above or head over to the Settings tab.
Why is having at least two Queue Managers Important? Your account’s Queue Managers are responsible for selecting the Project Manager and/or Estimator for each job received within COREVoyant. In a Standard Program, your default Project Manager assigned will be responsible for tasks such as accepting the assignment and scheduling the appointment with the contact during the initial claim dispatch process. Your Estimator will be responsible for tasks such as completion of initial site arrival, documenting inspection photos, as well as uploading the estimate for review. Remember that you can select multiple roles for the same participant, should they have numerous job responsibilities within your organization.
Next, select Queue Manager from the left dropdown menu.
Using the right dropdown menu, you can select the Contacts associated with your account to be your designated Queue Managers. As a provider Admin, you can also update these roles later for your account.
When you have selected at least two Queue Managers, you can hit Add to complete this onboarding step.
Step 5, Subscribing and Unsubscribing to Programs.
When you are set up in the system, you will automatically be subscribed to all clients to avoid dispatching interruptions. Should you wish to remove a particular client, you can simply unsubscribe from the client list.
Need to review which Carrier Programs or Clients your Account is subscribed to in COREVoyant? To review or audit this at any time, head over to Programs.
Programs host COREVoyant’s published Programs and Requirements, with step-by-step processes for your organization to follow when you are assigned a Job through COREVoyant from the ONCORE Repair claims team.
If you have experience working with managed repair systems, you may already be familiar with how various clients have different program rules or service level requirements. This information has been streamlined to help your team ensure customer service excellence throughout the progress of the claim.
Inside the ‘Standard Program,’ you will see the Program Requirements, Clients, and Rates tabs at the top of your screen. When reviewing a program you did not wish to participate with a particular client, i.e., ‘Test Morty’, you would simply unsubscribe as shown here.
Step 6, Your COREVoyant Account & ProfileGorilla.
ProfileGorilla is CORE's compliance vendor partner. To receive job opportunities through ONCORE Repair, your company must be subscribed to ProfileGorilla's PreQual+ platform.
Working on our behalf, they collect background checks, IICRC certifications, certificates of insurance, licenses, zip code service areas, and more. By submitting this information to ProfileGorilla, the data is pushed over to the COREVoyant claims platform, where your claim's eligibility is then tracked in real-time.
Should your team not be set up with a ProfileGorilla account at this time, please visit profilegorilla.com or email coregroup@profilegorilla.com to get started. We will then share your Unique CORE ID with ProfileGorilla, who will help share your compliance items moving forward.
When you refresh this screen, the onboarding timeline will disappear, and your status will change to Active.
