Understanding Jobs & Services

Welcome to COREVoyant! Now that you have set up your COREVoyant account, you will need to be equipped with the knowledge and tools to help accept incoming Jobs. 

To get started, navigate to the Jobs section on your Dashboard or by using the side navigation toolbar.


Next, when you arrive on your Jobs Dashboard, you will be able to view any of your last jobs received and search by criteria listed using the Funnel to filter


Jobs Dashboard

Job ID - Internal ID

Provider - Provider/Contractor Assigned

Account Type - Account types include Provider (Members & ONCORE Affiliate), Client (Insurance typically), Referral, Customer (Policyholder), Network (CORE)

Job Type - Services Required for the Job (i.e., water, rebuild, fire)

Loss Category - Commercial, Residential, or CAT

Invoice Total - Total gross amount on the job that was added by the provider

Last Completed Task - Activity Task last completed under Program Requirements

Last Progress Task - Being Done (Only pending Yet to be assigned), Assigned (In Progress), Completed (Assigned & Completed)

Status - Job’s Status Open, Customer contacted, Assigned, Accepted, Inspected, In Progress, Completed (all submitted info from provider), Closed (paid and/or settled)

Health - will display as Good, Bad, & Warning, based on the response time of the next required step.

Action - Actions in the system, in this case, it will be to view the full job details.

 

Service Jobs Page Overview

When clicking to view inside a job, you will be greeted with the following view: Your Service / Jobs Details. 

  • Scrollable Service Details

Details regarding the assignment with a scrollable field to include a map view and additional details.

  • Job Tabs

This tab will showcase any current jobs attached to the service. If the assignment being worked on is requesting additional jobs to be performed during their service visit, our team can easily add additional job types as needed. 

 

  • Job Completion Timeline

Similar to your Account onboarding timeline, this bar showcases your team's progress.

  • Tasks

    • View Completed - shows any previously completed tasks by the Network Expert (CORE) or the Provider (Contractor)
    • View In Progress - upcoming or current tasks in the queue 

 

  • Actions - gives you the ability to add photos, notes, participants, or attachments. This also shows any previous actions taken during the job.

  • Participants - shows any participants added to the job

  • Notes - notes are added throughout the course of the job; as a reminder, you can add additional notes at any time under the Actions tab.

  • Attachments - attachments are added throughout the course of the job; as a reminder, you can add additional attachments at any time under the Actions tab.

  • Knowledge Base - Program Highlights per Client

  • Invoices - Invoices generated from the job performed

  • Estimates - Estimates generated from the job performed

  • Bills  - Bills generated from the job performed
