Accounts act as the official company location(s) being displayed within CORE Voyant. These accounts are synced with our CRM system and ProfileGorilla. Can be accessed through COREvoyant to attach contacts, location information, articles to meet compliance requirements, billing, and establishing ‘Queue Managers’ per location.
This Admin feature allows you to see which contacts have a user login for the COREVoyant system and allows you to help users regain access to their user account by sending a reset password email to your employee(s).
Jobs will act as your servicing overview page, to see all the projects you are currently working on. This section includes a health grading system to ensure the program's steps have been completed successfully.
Programs, similar to other Claims Management systems, act as the primary tool for building out steps or ‘Program Specific Requirements’ to be completed by Service type.
This section is utilized to help approve or reject submitted compliance items. We are requiring all service providers to be on the ProfileGorilla platform moving forward so that this section can be fully automated.
