How to Accept a New Job in COREVoyant

When a new assignment is dispatched to your team, you will be notified by the following process

Normally, you will receive a phone call from the ONCORE Repair Claims team to ensure you have the capacity to accept the assignment. 


Next, your account Queue Manager will receive a task to assign the project manager overseeing the new job.



Your chosen Project Manager will then accept this new assignment and schedule an appointment with the customer.




Next, your Project Manager will assign the Estimator who will be working on the assignment. Your Estimator will then arrive onsite as scheduled and place their notes into the system to alert their team and ONCORE that they have made contact with the policyholder. 



Next, your Estimator will be prompted with a task to submit their inspection photos.



After choosing your inspection photos, you will have the option to rename the image files before uploading them into COREVoyant. Once done, you will select Submit to attach these photos to the Job file.



Next, your Estimator will then upload the estimate, triggering a task to be reviewed by CORE’s ONCORE Repair team and the Client’s Adjuster.


You will then notice CORE Voyant’s workflow will automatically guide you through the next step in the program to begin the assignment. Throughout the remainder of the assignment, you will continue receiving additional tasks that need to be completed.
